Subaru BRZ 2017 Custom Gauge Pods

I designed and fabricated this dual gauge pod for the Subaru BRZ to fit the car's A-pillar exactly. I started by 3D scanning the factory pillar so I had its real shape to work from. Then I modelled the pod in CAD around that scan, which let it follow every curve of the trim while holding both gauges at a good angle for the driver. After 3D printing it, I sanded, primed and finished it until it looked like an OEM part and not a printed one.
